Before this I tried too other options but here only I got results, in 3 months I lost more than 8 kg weight, she trained personally, too friendly and frankly. They not only take care of every student’s needs but also motivate us to push ourselves, improve our dancing skills, and build confidence. The best part is that there is no judgment or partiality—everyone is supported equally, and even the weaker ones are encouraged to grow stronger. This place feels like a safe space where you can be yourself, wear what you want, dance how you want, and always find humility and support around you. Even during my emotional lows, MySpace has lifted my spirits and helped me get through ups and downs. Neha holds a special place in my heart—always so warm, loving, and creating a carefree environment where students can dance their hearts out. Maze is soft-spoken, kind, and motivates me to do better even when I make mistakes. Anushka is incredibly talented, and I hope to excel in dance styles like her one day. Really recommend sagar n prerna for latin dance styles. They have their beautiful and magnificent annual show called "spotlight.".it was just awesome to show creativity on stage under their guidance.. | 5★ - Grace Jackrey: This Studio is such an amazing place! The atmosphere is always full of good vibes, positive energy, and so much fun. The trainers are absolutely awesome – motivating, skilled, and super friendly. Every session feels exciting and refreshing, whether it’s dance or fitness. It’s the perfect spot to work out, de-stress, and feel great. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for fitness with a fun twist!
1★ - brij mohan: I had got my daughter’s admission for Freestyle dance classes. Teaching methods and teachers are fine but the biggest problem is that the Heels academy is too much commercial and focusses more on the number of students. At a time there were more than 30 students in a single batch with different age groups and also different expertise levels due to which there wont be an equal focus to all students but only to those who are performing good or have got some experience. There should be a check on number of students in a single batch to max 10-15 only and also to categorize for the age groups/expertise levels. | 5★ - Rashika Bhandari: I recently completed Level 1 of salsa dance at Heels Dance Academy as a total beginner, and it’s been an amazing experience! The instructors, Anuj and Ankita, are incredibly patient and practical in their teaching. They break down each step in a clear, point-by-point manner, making it easy to follow along and build confidence. Their approach is both encouraging and thorough, and I appreciate how they ensure everyone is comfortable at their own pace. Thanks to their guidance, I’m excited to move on to Level 2 and continue improving my skills. Highly recommend to anyone looking to start salsa! | 5★ - saransh garija: Absolutely loved the Salsa Level 1 Dance Classes in Magarpatta City, Pune by Komal and Anuj. It was fun and enjoyable, had a great time throughout the course. As a complete beginner, I was taught everything from scratch with patience and clarity. Both Anuj and Ankita are amazing teachers — professional, encouraging, and make every session super fun. We also went for the socials that were organised nearby to test out the skills we have got and those amazing evenings... Highly recommend Heels Dance Academy for anyone looking to learn salsa the right way! 💃🕺🔥

5★ - Ishita 14: Pradnyas Zumba is THE perfect blend of fun and fitness. As a high cardio zumba instructor, her energy never dips in the session. The choice of songs are so good that her energy gets infectious and gets us in the dancing mode too. Even as a nutritionist, her knowledge about the right diet has helped me. I personally benefited by reversing my pre-diabetes, HbA1C dropped from 6.1 to 5.5 in just 4 months without any medicines. Besides losing weight,my BMR, sleep, skin, hair, and overall mood has improved. My stamina eventually increased from 2 songs to 5 to 7 but still can't match her energy. Be it 1 student or 17 she's very regular with her classes and schedules, online or offline. And most importantly, she's a good human packed with emotions. She treats every member of the zumba club as her family and considers if we miss a class or need to readjust schedules. WHO does that these days now !!! Whenever I lost a kg or got my periods on time or a painless one or scored well in my work or health report card, there were always two people happy...me and HER ! So to all those.. who want to be fitter, healthier and happier ...you should DEFINITELY join. SHE'S TOTALLY WORTH IT ! Truly lucky to have found her. | 5★ - Mayuri Deshmukh: I am so glad i found Pradnya and her awesome zumba class.. She is so fun energetic, adorable and great dancer. I started off with being overweight girl and have now down with more than 5kg. Pradnya has lot of fitness knowledge that she can help anyone at any level and also guide for diet tips. All in all its a great and effective workout session that keeps you active and happy all day long.!!! ❤️

In just a few months, I have managed to lose 7 kgs, all thanks to the fun yet effective workout sessions. The dance-based workouts are high-energy and super engaging! Yeshoda ma'am is incredibly sweet and supportive. She makes sure everyone feels comfortable and helps with the right guidance throughout. | 5★ - Manpreet Khokkar: I joined Yeshoda ma’am’s classes almost a year ago. I am in complete awe of her! She is a terrific teacher and an amazing person. Everyday she comes with the same enthusiasm and energy. Every time I enter class, she’s there at her usual spot, gleaming and smiling at me. For me, her classes are more about meeting some lovely ladies who are dancing (exercising) to some jazzy music, building core strength and having a great time. The Trainer Yeshoda mam is highly professional, motivating, and makes sure everyone works at their own pace while still pushing us to improve. The workouts are well-balanced — a great mix of strength, cardio, and flexibility training. Their diet plans too help in weight management. What I love most is the positive atmosphere and how energetic each session feels. The group is friendly, and the class has become something I actually look forward to each week. He is so energetic and fun and he makes the moves so easy to follow, even if you're a begginer . I also feel like I'm in a much better mood after each class. Highly recommend !
5★ - Amey Chavan: The trainers here are really good and highly skilled especially for Zumba and HIIT sessions. It’s very spacious, clean. The equipments are new and well maintained . The staff is friendly and helpful. The best part about is that the packages they provide are budget friendly and quite flexible. If you want to try something new and fun, I would definitely recommend the Latin dance classes. | 5★ - Anushree Prasad: My experience at incognito studio is amazing. It’s very clean and well maintained. All the equipment’s are really smooth. The trainers are very good and considerate and you will feel safe too. The HIIT and the Zumba is also fun and the workout is mindblowing. And the icing on top are the Latina dance classes at the weekend which is something new and very interesting. 5★ - RUSHIKESH SHETENAWAR: First class academy. It's super academy, their way of teaching in deep and polite manner. Also they are strict at the same time because it is also important. They motivates us for any shows and events. They make us a capable dancer for any competition or any show. The only thing we have to do is to become serious and should concentrate on what they are teaching. It is a well-known academy.
