5★ – Gayatri Rao: ZIN Tanya Powell is one of the most professional and sweet Zumba Instructors I have ever met. She not only focuses on fitness but also makes the sessions enjoyable. Her energy during the sessions is unmatched. Her enthusiasm in class is highly motivational. She is a versatile dancer teaching various types of dance forms in the class. Highly recommend her for Zumba Sessions! | 5★ – Sareena Daredia: Zumba cannot be more fun than Tanyas classes!! The vibe she creates makes one look forward to her class weekly. Love how she involves everyone and keeps the classes fun. It’s the best way to workout with the right kind of music and an amazing instructor. | 5★ – Aarti Kirankumar Amballa: Tanya I love your Zumba classes.You are simply awesome. When you conduct the intense classes too we don’t realize it because your energy and the smile throughout the class keeps us going. 5★ – Nikita Joshi: ‘The Space Fitness’ is the space for all physical and mental wellbeing you need. Cannot thank the team enough for devoting their time and energy to every individual who joins this place. The programs are designed to focus on overall strength, stamina and endurance and the ‘weight loss’ (which most of the fitness industry focus on) happens as a result and is a plus! 100% recommend this place if you’re looking to get stronger, confident and feel wayyyyy better in life! Be sure of being trained by THE BEST COACHES you could find! | 5★ – Avnee Kokatay: Getting a membership at The Space is literally the single best thing I have done for myself in my life! The studio, the aesthetics, the vibe, the training and the PEOPLE!!! It is by far the most effective combination ever. Not only has it worked wonders for my physical fitness but my mental and emotional wellness as well. Today the coaches at the space and the other members are like family and I don’t feel right until I get my daily fix! I say this with the most sincerity and honesty, I have never had a better experience (or so much growth) in my entire fitness journey spanning almost 2 decade and I’ve worked out at some of the “top” gyms in the country. If you have even a shred of doubt, do a trial class come see for yourself and you’ll instantly know what I mean when I say they’re THE BEST! ❤️ | 1★ – S K: I choosed the space fitness in Juhu because it was close to my home and that area 1 of the good but small fitness center. I made a lot of research and i decided to made a trial class which its 2000 for week. After that my friend and me bought a membership for 1 month to know them better. We loved the instructors (Amit one of them). Very motivating and helping , teaching, very lovely people. They know what they are doing. Yoga instructors also good. It was saying unlimited i thought i can join yoga and another class too but sadly unlimited promise is means only 1 time a day 1 class. So not really unlimited, promise was false. I paid cash we got the buddy discount which was very nice that made us cared by them and felt special. Because when you wanna join a fitness center you want to feel that, caring by from the people who is managing. We really liked it, almost everyday we join the classes. When the renewing came i contacted with them and explained to them i cant pay online i will pay cash like first time i did. And they are offering %8 discount. I dont know who is dealing with membership department but that person failed to do that their job. They told me they cant accept cash if i don’t pay online they will not give me a deal. Which they did in the beginning . He/she told me “ if you do 2/3 months membership you can pay cash and you will get off. That’s very not good behaving. I explain them. I dont wanna do that because when i have longer period of time, some how im ending up not going everyday. Sometimes a full week dont go, because i know i still have many days. Limited time motivates me. He/she said “ sorry we cant help you unless you make longer membership. They end up lost 2 members which we would be very beneficial for them to have us . We can reach many woman groups. They preferred to not to help just for 1000 thousand rupee maybe less. Owner Gigi is very lovely person but i think she just doesnt have time to manage the membership plans or supervise them. Because this was the worst membership experience ever. This people dont know what they are doing really. Feels like someone 20 years old trying to recruit the members in a very wrong way. Thanx for the 5 weeks. I hope for your sake and all that great instructors sake just in the future will plan carefully about “ how to keep the members happy and make them come back again”they failed to do that for some silly reasons . What to know : 3 level small gym Garden level, outside workout and reception Basement for daily workout ( everyday another part of the body) Upper level little yoga, core exercise studio 2 toilets,1 shower, some shelves to keep the bags no lockers Every time after use they clean the floors and the mats Need to book everyday or at least 3 days otherwise you might and up not getting in the class Classes 4 to 11 person around changing Personally i like small classes 3 exercise machines Private classes happening TRX workouts
5★ – Indrabahadur Pandey: recently joined The Square Studio for their dance class, and I’m loving it! The studio’s in a great location, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Whether you’re a pro or just starting, they make it easy to jump in. They also have a lot of other fitness options like Yoga and Pilates, so you can mix things up. The staff is amazing, and the place is super clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend it if you’re in Powai! | 5★ – Anita chauhan: : The Square Studio is such a gem in Powai! I’ve been doing Zumba there, and it’s honestly one of the most fun fitness classes I’ve ever taken. The studio is clean, the instructors are motivating, and they offer a bunch of different classes. Definitely check it out if you’re looking for a great place to dance, get fit, and just have a blast! | 5★ – Diksha Inje: The Square Studio is perfect if you’re looking for a fun way to stay fit! I tried their Salsa class, and it was so much fun. The atmosphere is super friendly, and the instructors make sure you feel comfortable whether you’re a beginner or advanced. Plus, they have a lot of variety, so you can mix it up with Yoga, Zumba, or even kravmaga . If you’re in Powai and want to dance or get fit, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Her Yoga class is fun place, makes you feel calm, peaceful and more energetic. The variety of classes offered ensures there’s always something new to try, from gentle flow to challenging power sessions. The studio itself is clean, calming, and well-equipped with props. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, I highly recommend giving this place!
