1★ – K Jindal: I’ve been a member of Fitness spa gym for 2 years now, but my experience has been consistently uncomfortable and unprofessional. The main issue I have is with the staff’s constant reminders to use deodorant. I understand that personal hygiene is important, but being asked repeatedly (and loudly) to apply deodorant in front of other members is humiliating and embarrassing. It’s not like I’m showing up to the gym smelling like a dumpster; I shower daily and use deodorant as part of my regular routine. The constant nagging is unnecessary and makes me feel like I’m being singled out . But what’s even more bizarre is the behavior of the trainers. Every time I’ve been to the gym during the day, I’ve seen at least one trainer sleeping on the floor. Yes, you read that right – sleeping on the floor. It’s not like they’re taking a quick power nap; they’re out cold, snoring away while members are trying to work out. It’s unprofessional. The men’s steam is always locked from inside & occupied by the housekeeping staff for sleeping for 3-5 hours.Also most of the time the steam room machine is not working and shows error 5 . I’ve tried to talk to the management about this issue, but they seem to be unaware. Only I appreciated trainer suraj’s efforts, he is always on his toes to help me without any issues. I told him all the problems I faced men’s room is always occupied with trainers bulky bags , shoes , and stinky tiffins , dirty clothes. | 4★ – Samarth Gupta: Almost a year since I’ve joined overall a good experience. The staff is good and my personal trainer Vivek has been very helpful throughout. A couple of things that they need to work on is that 1. Would really appreciate if 1.25kg plates are added 2. Locker cards are always missing or unavailable, maybe a code based Godrej locker would be better 3.
