Zumba Class Near You is a directory platform that connects users with Zumba fitness studios across India. You agree to:

Provide accurate information when using our services
Not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities
Not scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission
Use the platform only for legitimate fitness inquiries

3. For Users (Students/Fitness Enthusiasts)

Information Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that all studio details (timings, pricing, availability) are always up-to-date. Please verify directly with the studio.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed studios. Any agreements or transactions are between you and the studio.

Reviews: Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience. Fake or malicious reviews will be removed.

4. For Studio Owners (Business Listings)

Listing Requirements:

You must be the authorized owner or representative of the studio
All information provided must be accurate and current
You must update your listing when details change
Photos and content must be owned by you or properly licensed

Lead Generation:

Leads are charged at ₹200 per valid enquiry (call, WhatsApp, or form submission)
Only genuine user enquiries are charged
Duplicate leads within 7 days are not charged
Invalid/spam leads will be refunded

5. Payment Terms

Credit System: Studio owners purchase credits which are deducted per lead received.

Refunds: Credits are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors or proven invalid leads.

Pricing: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on zumbaclass.in, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

Quality of services provided by listed studios
Injuries or damages during Zumba classes
Loss of business or revenue
Inaccurate information in listings
Technical issues or website downtime

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law
